No Refund Policy

Umbreen Embeleza strictly follows a 'No Refund policy'. It does not offer any refunds once the order is dispatched.

Exchange Policy

If you find that you have placed the wrong order, received a wrong or damaged item, or for any reason dislike the product you receive, we offer an exchange policy to placate your concerns. The merchandise can be exchanged within 20 days of delivery provided you submit an exchange request using our form here. You are supposed to fill out the form and send it to info@umbreenembeleza.com with the subject ‘Exchange Request – [Registration ID] – [Order Number]’

Please refer to the following requirements of our exchange policy:

  1. The product tag and original packaging must be intact
  2. The product must not be damaged
  3. The product must not be worn
  4. Order receipt must be attached

Note: Exchange policy is not applicable for products brought under special offers or sales. Items included under the category of ____, ____ are also not exchangeable.

To facilitate the exchange of a damaged or an incorrect item received, the company will dispatch the correct product upon receipt of the erroneous item from the customer.

The new item that you want to purchase through the exchange policy must not be priced less than that of the item exchanged. In case it is priced higher than the previous item, you will be required to pay the remaining amount through the authorized payment methods as mentioned in the Terms of Services and the Shipping Policy.

Note: Customers can cancel their orders by our shipping policy before to the dispatch of the order. Following delivery, our exchange policy will be applicable.
